Important Deadline: Team Accommodation
- National Federations should book the team’s accommodation through the Organising Committee no later than Monday, 13th of October, 2025.
Payment Terms & Conditions
- A deposit of %50 of the total amount is required not later than Monday, 15th of September 2025. The remaining balance is to be paid by Friday, the 3rd of October 2025.
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made 15 days in advance, a 1-night no-show applies, and for cancellations made 7 days in advance, a 3-night no-show applies.
